I assigned a distance learning worksheet and I could see the first set of students answers and now I can't see that assignment grades. Earlier today the site was down, it that why there is a problem? It is showing random assignments created yesterday, with a random person name Bea? Any help?
Carolina Pizarro Thursday October 1, 2020
Hi, I am looking for the result of Mi Distance Learning assignments, but I think it is showing me somebody else's results, because there is a different name at the top and I don't recognize any of the student's names.
Please help!
Also thank you for the amazing tools you provide.

Hey there,
First off, thanks for the support. When you donated you should have received an email with instructions on killing the ads. If not though could you let me know the email you used to donate and I'll see if it is in the database.
As far as limiting number of students. Nope. No limit. There was some server issues earlier in the day (around 12 - 2) so that may have been the problem. I've changed some stuff around so hopefully the issues don't happen anymore. Do you know what error your students were getting? That may help determine what the problem was.

I am using IOS and trying to print out the area and perimeter worksheets that have problems with missing sides. It will only print out one problem on a page. Any ideas?

Hi! Love the site! Been using it for years. I am trying to find the generate report for students to screenshot and send to me. I saw in previous comments it is now in the "gear". However, when I clickon the generate report, it just goes to another question. Where did the report go? Please help!

Hey there,
Thanks for letting me know about the bug. I'll get it fixed ASAP. I try to make sure to catch any issues before releasing anything (I actually go through and try and break stuff) but with so much material and different variables it's almost impossible to catch them all. I do try to get them fixed as soon as someone reports them though.
Emily Monday September 28, 2020
In the "one at a time" problems, I no longer see the button "generate answer sheet". This is important because I have my students submit their work to me virtually. Could you please fix this?
Robert (Admin) Tuesday September 29, 2020
Hey there,
I tried to streamline the interface on the OAT a bit and the 'generate results' button is in the gear icon next to the scores. I've also tried to improve the report itself so hopefully it works better for you. :)
Emily Tuesday September 29, 2020
Thanks, Robert, for looking into this! I really like this website. I do see the "generate answer sheet" in the gear now. It also includes a spot for the student to enter his/her name. However, when I just tried it didn't pull up a file of their answer sheet that the student can save and then send to me virtually. It just went straight to a new problem in the "one at a time" problems. I liked what the answer sheet looked like before the changes were made.
Robert (Admin) Tuesday September 29, 2020
Upload fail. Should be working now. Most of the changes I made were to making sure stuff looked better, so hopefully once the bugs are all squashed the site is better than ever. :)

I use the daily review creators every week. When I made mine for this week, I noticed that for the multiplication problems, the X symbol does not show on their worksheet. It displays a box instead. Please let me know if this can be fixed.
Thank you!

Some of the problems in Common Core Sheets in 2nd grade aren't showing up in the "share" tab. 2NBT1a
Also, the print is small in all the pages in the "share" tab
Robert (Admin) Monday September 28, 2020
Hey there,
Thanks for the info. I'm still trying to work out bugs. But I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean. So for example in this link, when you say some of the problems aren't show up did you mean the worksheets or something different?
Emily Monday September 28, 2020
Sorry, not the "share" button, but the "one at a time" problems. The "one at a time" problems are in tiny print. Also, 2NBT1a is not showing problems in "one at a time"
Robert (Admin) Monday September 28, 2020
Ah, gotcha. That makes a bit more sense. :P
I've added that to the to-do list. It's a bit more of an 'in-depth' bug. Should be fixed by tomorrow... hopefully.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like something got botched on the upload. Should be working now. :)

I LOVED being able to make custom math sheets, specifically word problems with unknown start. It seems that I can no longer access the menu that allows me to choose the specific type of word problems I need and then create a page of them. Has the site been updated? Has this feature been removed?

Hey there,
It sounds like your printer may not be set up to automatically flip the pages. You should have an option to do so manually somewhere in the print box that pops up. Usually it's a checkbox for 'orientation'. If you can give me more info on the program you are using to print, I can see what I can find out for you.

I love this site, I work with several students who are high needs. We often have students who can not perform math skills at their grade level but don't like seeing that they are doing lower level work. Finding materials at the lower levels that are not marked as a lower grade level is great so they don't see that they are actually doing lower level work.

I do have a question. Are the "one atta time" randomized or are they in the same order every time and every day?
Robert (Admin) Sunday September 27, 2020
Hey there,
The one-atta-time are all randomized. But with the new distance learning option you can make sure they are all the same. :)

Hi. I love your worksheets. I would pay you and your site money to have these worksheets put into sets where i can easily print off one of each type of worksheet available in the math standards for a grade. Trying to print one of each type takes a lot of time moving from worksheet to worksheet and pushing print on each one. Having an option to get them all at once and pushing print once would be something worth paying for.
Robert (Admin) Tuesday August 18, 2020
Hey there,
With adding all the sheets to a big packet that's one of those things that I've thought about in the past, but essentially it would be a ton of work. I've loved this site - it's been brilliant- one of the best available in my opinion. However, I use a desktop PC, not a mobile and I'm currently unable to use the site in its current form. I know you write to bear with as it's still having problems ironed out but you also say to let you know of any problems so: I can still see the list of topic areas in the left-hand pane but when I click on one, the sheets and options all seem to be over-lapped and when I click on the top one, it doesn't show the whole sheet as before. You say we can have the presentation in the old way by using options but I can't see any options. I'm missing this wonderful site :( P.S. If I'm perhaps using the new site wrongly, please let me know.

Would it be possible to make the spelling sheets maker to have 30 words instead of 25?
Robert (Admin) Tuesday May 19, 2020
That should be something that can be updated. Question though, for the update was there a specific reason for 30? Like are certain words review, advanced, etc?
Amanda Thursday May 21, 2020
I really appreciate all that this site has to offer and my son has done better in his spelling test scores because I am able to use the spelling sheet maker to give him more practice with his spelling and vocabulary words. The reason I asked for more words is because each year he is getting more spelling and vocabulary words. This next school year he starts with 30 and ends with 35 words. I usually have to leave some words out because the sheet maker doesn't allow for more that 25. 35 would be even BETTER!! Thank you so much for all that you do!!!

Hello Robert,
Before under "Create -A-Test", there was an option to use other people's sample test(mostly from teachers) and it was very convenient. For some reason, I don't see that option anymore. Was wondering if that option has been removed?

Thank you,
Winnie

Hey there,
I've been trying to streamline the site a bit and remove stuff basically nobody used. You can still find other users sheets here: Search.
I'll probably try to reintegrate something in the future though. :)

I love your website! How do I save something as a "favorite"?
Robert (Admin) Tuesday August 18, 2020
When you click on the star, it should add it your favorites list.

are the pages editable where students can type on them then return them to their teachers electronically?

Not currently. But I have something in the works that's even better.

Hey there,
This is a known issue with IOS. About 2 months ago they changed some code on their pdf viewer. Essentially killing any SVG images after the first one per page. :/
I am currently reading the latest adobe specs manual to see what may be causing it, but it's a 1000 page manual of code... so it may take a bit.

I love your site with all the different types of math variations on the same standard. The only thing I could wish for is a way to print off 1 worksheet of every type at the same time so I don't have to print each standarad individually. That would save a lot of time going from worksheet to worksheet when I want ALL of them for that grade. :) I have used these for pre tests, year end reviews, and post tests by having my kids do a few of each type.
